The recent reports show that OnePlus is planning to introduce a successor to OnePlus 3 by the name OnePlus 3T. The report suggests OnePlus 3T will offer a 5.5-inch Quad HD mode display, with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels. The smartphone will also be expected to house a faster Snapdragon 821 chipset, in contrast to the Snapdragon 820 seen on the current smartphone in combination with a huge 6 GB of RAM. The device is also expected to price $ 80 higher than the OnePlus 3.
As of the reports from Weibo, the next OnePlus 4 would be unveiled in summer 2017. The smartphone will be equipped with Qualcomm upcoming flagship hardware Snapdragon 830 chipsets, and also the processor is rumored to be clocked at 3.0 GHz with Adreno 620 GPU. An enormous 4000mAh battery would be powering the monstrous OnePlus 4. Such a huge battery is of course essential for a phone which is clocked at 3.0 GHz.
With all this reports it is clear that OnePlus is trying to maximum utilize the opportunity they got from the explosion of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices.
